Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to online purchase only:

Return Policy for Full-Priced Items:

  • Returns are accepted for store gift cards only, no refunds.

  • Shoes must be returned in unworn, original condition within 7 days of receiving your order for your return to be processed.

  • Follow the steps here to begin your return.
  • A store gift card will be issued for all approved returns, less the cost of shipping.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, please follow the instructions here.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like the cost of a return label deducted from your store gift card, please indicate this when submitting your exchange request.

 

Please Note:

  • All sale and discounted items purchased online or in-store are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping Fees:

  • Domestic orders: $7–$14 shipping fee.

Important:

  • Once your package leaves our store, we are not responsible for its whereabouts.

  • Special delivery requests must be made before your package is shipped.

Holiday Policy:

  • Our return/exchange period is extended by 7 days after religious holidays.
