Returns are accepted for store gift cards only, no refunds.

Shoes must be returned in unworn, original condition within 7 days of receiving your order for your return to be processed.

A store gift card will be issued for all approved returns, less the cost of shipping.

To exchange an item, please follow the instructions here.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like the cost of a return label deducted from your store gift card, please indicate this when submitting your exchange request.
