The following applies to full priced items: 

We accept returns for store gift card only. 
In order for your return to be processed, shoes must be returned in their original unworn condition within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to exchange please follow the steps here!

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. If you would like a return label deducted from your store credit, please indicate that when filling out your exchange. 

Store Gift Card will be issued for all returns less the cost of shipping.

The following applies for all shoes purchased at a discounted price in store and online: 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Once the item leaves the store we are no longer able responsible for the whereabouts of your package.

If a special delivery option is needed, we must be notified before your package is shipped out.
