The following applies to full priced items: 

We accept returns for store gift card only. 
In order for your return to be processed, shoes must be returned in their original unworn condition within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange please follow the steps here!

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

Store Gift Card will be issued for all returns less the cost of shipping.

The following applies for all shoes purchased at a discounted price in store and online

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Please note we cannot cancel any orders.

Once the item leaves the store we are no longer able responsible for the whereabouts of your package.

If a special delivery option is needed, we must be notified before your package is shipped out. 

Return/Exchange policy for religious holidays are extended for 7 days after the Holiday.
