Return & Exchange Policy

This policy is for online only:

Return Policy

The following applies to full priced items: 

We will accept your return in exchange for store credit up to 7 days.
In order for your return to be processed, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
 

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange or get store credit please email Lacedshoereturns@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Let us know what you are sending back and if you would like to exchange it for something else so we can put it aside for you.

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

Store Credit will be issued for all returns less the cost of shipping.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

 

 

ANY ITEMS SENT BACK AFTER 14 DAYS WITHOUT receiving prior permission from our shop will not receive any credit.

Order Cancellation

"Order Cancellation" is considered a return, and store credit will be applied towards your account. Absolutely no exceptions. 

Store Credit

The store credit is kept in our files, and is valid as long as we are in business. Please email us with what you would like to order and we will send you a link with your order.

Shipping:
Domestic orders will be shipped out for a flat fee of $10

International orders please email or WhatsApp us for an exact quote.

Please note once the package leaves the store it is the customers responsibility to follow up on it, although we will help file a claim if necessary. Once the item leaves the store we are no longer able to take responsibility for the whereabouts of your package. If a special delivery option is needed, we must be notified before your package is shipped out.
